01. Community Nursing Care
This is the supply of special care to those participants who need high care and requiring a high level of supervision.TDS family support all the participants for this.They prvide every possible services to them
02. Household Tasks
If you discover it difficult to finish everyday household chores due to a disability or health condition, TDS can help with variety of general house work services
03. Support Coordination
Assisting participants to participate actively in community, social and civil activities.TDS supporting participants during these activities, and developing participant's ability to take part in these activities.
04. Assist Travel/Transport
TDS also provide the transportation facility to the participants.TDS can assist and support participants to take care of their independence by organising travel/transport.
05. Plan Management
Plan management is the financial management of the plan including making payments to providers, expense claims processing, providing monthly statements for participants and claiming for payment.
06. Support Independent Living
Supported Independent living (SIL) is help or supervision with daily tasks to assist you reside as independently as possible, while enhancing your skills.
